• Videos and media files you upload to the Service
• Social media account credentials when you connect platforms
• Usage data and interactions with the Service

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve the Service
• Process and publish your content to connected social platforms on your behalf
• Generate AI-powered captions, clips, and hashtags from your videos
• Send you updates, security alerts, and support messages
• Respond to your comments and questions

When you connect your social media accounts (YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok), we access only the permissions you explicitly grant. We use these permissions solely to publish content on your behalf. We do not sell or share your social media data with third parties.

Your connected account tokens are stored securely. You can disconnect any platform at any time from your account settings.

Videos you upload are stored temporarily for processing. Once clips are generated and posted, original uploads are deleted from our servers within 24 hours. Generated clips are stored for 7 days to allow you to download them.

We do not sell your personal data. We may share your information with:

• Service providers who help us operate the platform (Supabase, Google, Render)
• Social media platforms when you authorize us to post content
• Law enforcement when required by applicable law

We retain your account information for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by emailing us at quota.getinformed@gmail.com

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. We encourage you to use a strong password and keep your credentials safe.

Quota is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have collected such information, please contact us immediately.

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data
• Withdraw consent for data processing at any time
• Disconnect any connected social media platform
