Quota is an AI-powered social media repurposing platform that allows users to upload video content and automatically generate platform-ready clips, captions, and hashtags for distribution across social media platforms including YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.

To use the Service you must:

• Create an account with a valid email address
• Be at least 13 years of age
• Provide accurate and complete information
• Keep your login credentials secure
• Accept responsibility for all activity under your account

You retain full ownership of all videos and content you upload to Quota. By uploading content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process, transform, and distribute your content on your behalf to the social media platforms you authorize.

• Does not contain illegal, harmful, or offensive material
• Does not violate any applicable laws or regulations

You are solely responsible for ensuring your content:

You may not use Quota to:

• Upload or distribute content that violates any law or regulation
• Infringe the intellectual property rights of others
• Distribute spam, malware, or malicious content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Use the Service in any way that could damage or overburden it
• Impersonate any person or entity

When using Quota to post content to third-party platforms, you agree to comply with the terms of service of each connected platform. Quota is not responsible for any actions taken by social media platforms regarding your content or accounts.

Quota uses artificial intelligence to generate captions, hashtags, and content suggestions. You acknowledge that AI-generated content may not always be accurate or appropriate. You are responsible for reviewing and approving all AI-generated content before publishing.

Quota offers free and paid subscription tiers. Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually. All fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice to existing subscribers.

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We may suspend or terminate access for maintenance, security, or violations of these terms without prior notice.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Quota shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at quota.getinformed@gmail.com Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify users of significant changes by email.

These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through good faith negotiation before pursuing legal remedies.
